Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park Early morning after breakfast at around 8:00am, you will have a short briefing before you depart to Tarangire National Park. The park with its endless tree savannah including the impressive baobab trees and seasonal marshes is also home to the largest population of elephants in northern Tanzania. You are also likely to spot giraffes, buffaloes, lions, zebras, gnus and other types of antelopes and gazelles. Your guide will open the roof of the vehicle for excellent wildlife viewing. Hot Lunch will be served at around 12:30pm at the picnic site and after that you will continue to explore this incredible park. In the evening after exploration, you will drive straight to your accommodation in Karatu area for dinner and overnight stay. Destination: Tarangire National Park. Meals: Full Board (B, L & D). Day 3: Karatu- Central Serengeti Early morning after breakfast at around 8:00am, you will drive straight to Serengeti National Park passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and stop at a viewing pointhas a built pavilion that provides a near 180° view of the Ngorongoro crater. Continue your journey around the crater and descend the other side, enjoying your free “African massage” on the bumpy road, passing through Maasai villages on your way to the Serengeti National Park. At the Naabi Hill entrance gate, you can walk to a viewpoint with spectacular views across the endless plains of the Serengeti. Hot lunch will be served either at the gate or en-route towards the heart of Serengeti with an incredible set up by your guide inside the bush.
