Begin your trek through lush montane forest, covering approximately 10 kilometers (6.2 miles) over 4 to 5 hours to Miriakamba Hut (2,500m/8,202ft). Keep an eye out for various wildlife, including monkeys and colorful birds along the way. Depart from Saddle Hut around midnight to reach the summit of Mount Meru (4,566m/15,200ft). The trek to the summit takes approximately 5 to 6 hours, followed by a descent back to Saddle Hut for a well-deserved rest. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the summit, and celebrate your achievement.
